ELECTRONIC
Baktec’s electronic, thermostatic models are fitted with a special industrial thermostat to measure temperatures with great accuracy, even at below 3°C. These models are highly reliable, compact, and easy to operate and maintain.
DIGITAL
Baktec’s digital models are fitted with the Injection-Mixing-Flow (IMF) system. With this revolutionary system, all water supplies (hot, cold and/or chilled) are individually and continuously regulated. This exceptionally reliable system is very fast and reaches the desired temperature within a matter of seconds.
DIGITAL PRO
These devices can be easily connected to a process computer or PLC. It is easy to integrate interfaces such as PROFINET and Ethernet/IP. Baktec’s CERES Pro models have a user-friendly and clear installation and information menu, which is controlled using an LCD display. This allows information such as the batch history (time, litres, temperature) and batch progress to be retrieved.
INDUSTRIAL PRO
A unique feature of these devices is their extremely high processing speed. It means that production times can be effectively reduced and larger quantities of dough are produced with the same level of accuracy.
